Shipping And Returns


Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada.  We offer a USPS domestic flat-rate shipping of $7.95 and free shipping on orders over $95.  For all orders to Canada, we charge a $16 flat fee.

We ship all packages within 3 business days.  A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.  Please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery from the day you receive your shipping confirmation.


At Eileen & Eva®, we take pride in our lovingly designed collection made in the highest quality.  We are committed to providing you with exceptional customer service to ease your treatment and recovery journey.

We accept exchanges or returns for a full refund within 30 days of your ship date.  All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags attached; otherwise, they will not be qualified for a refund or exchange.  All items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.  Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: We do not offer pre-paid postage for returned items.  To avoid any unnecessary returns or exchanges, and therefore additional costs to you, we encourage you to check the measurements in the sizing chart before ordering to ensure you select the appropriate size.

Return and Refund
Please submit a return request form and we will get back to you promptly.  Once the request is approved, please mail your item(s) in its original shipping packaging via a traceable method to:

Getting the right sizing and colors can be tricky with online orders, we will be happy to assist with any exchange requests.  Please follow the same protocol as stated above and we will ship out the products at our expense as soon as we receive your returned package.

All sales are final 30 days from date of purchase.

    All returned or exchanged item(s) must be received in their original condition:

    • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered with all tags attached
    • No makeup marks
    • No smell of perfume or deodorant
    • Returned or exchanged items not received in their original condition will be automatically returned to the customer
